3. Repair price before any work. Nothing is repaired until you approve it.
4. Repair. Some repairs are finished on the first visit; if a part has to be ordered, we come back when it arrives. Repairs come with our parts-and-labor warranty.

Quick checks before you call

• Washer won't drain: check that the drain hose isn't kinked behind the machine, and on a front-loader, clean the coin trap if your model has one.
• No ice: make sure the ice maker's arm or switch is on and the water supply valve behind the fridge is open.
• Any appliance: find the model number and note any error code.
