Sherman Oaks homes, and why the setup matters

Sherman Oaks packs a lot of different housing into a small area. There are hillside homes south of Ventura Boulevard, mid-century houses in the flats, and apartment and condo buildings along the boulevard and near the Galleria and the 101/405 interchange. When that board fails, the fridge warms up and you may hear the compressor click as it tries to start.
